			?Mr. Carey served in the United States Navy prior to attending law school. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Carey joined the law firm of Quane, Smith, Howard and Hull. Mr. Carey conducts a litigation and dispute resolution practice. Mr. Carey's practice at Quane Smith, LLP includes employment practices, real estate and contractual disputes, professional liability, workers' compensation, insurance, fire and casualty, and general litigation and appellate matters. Mr. Carey is experienced in the various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. Mr. Carey's litigation practice focuses on Eastern Idaho and Wyoming. ?Mr. Carey is admitted to the bars of both Idaho and Wyoming, and has practiced in the state and federal courts of both states. Mr. Carey also is admitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Carey is a member of the Defense Research Institute. He is a court appointed special advocate attorney in Eastern Idaho to represent children who are victims of abuse. Mr. Carey is a partner, and practices in the Idaho Falls office.
