			?Mr. Adams served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger Swanstrom of the Idaho Court of Appeals, and joined the law firm of Quane, Smith, Howard, and Hull in 1985. Since that time, Mr. Adams has maintained a litigation and dispute resolution practice. His litigation practice at Quane Smith, LLP includes governmental liability, civil rights, employment practices, insurance, construction and real estate disputes, automobile and vehicular matters, and personal injury. Mr. Adams focuses his litigation practice in North Idaho and Eastern Washington, and has litigation experience throughout that region. ? Mr. Adams is a member of the Idaho and Washington bars. Mr. Adams is actively involved in the Idaho State Bar Association. Mr. Adams is active in the Spokane Insurance Adjusters' Association, and has been involved in their education programs for claims personnel and insurance defense counsel. Mr. Adams is a partner in the firm, and practices in the Coeur d' Alene office.
