?Ms. Servick was born and raised in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. After obtaining a degree from North Idaho College, Ms. Servick graduated cum laude from Boise State University. During law school at the University of Idaho, Ms. Servick participated in the Law Review. In 1985, the Idaho Law Review published Ms. Servick's article, Survey of Developments in Idaho Case Law, Commercial Transactions and Local Government.
?Ms. Servick first worked as a deputy public defender upon graduation from law school. Since 1988, Ms. Servick has maintained a trial and appellate practice, emphasizing insurance litigation, including employment practices, professional liability, product liability, civil rights, real estate, personal injury and litigation involving governmental entities. Ms. Servick also has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution. Apart from practicing law, Ms. Servick has been a member of the Coeur d'Alene City Council, a trustee of the Coeur d'Alene Public Library Board, and a member of the Coeur d'Alene Urban Renewal Agency.
?Ms. Servick is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Idaho and Washington. Her litigation practice includes North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Ms. Servick is a senior associate in the firm, and practices in the Coeur d'Alene office.
