Mr. Pope received his undergraduate degree in History from Brigham Young University and earned his J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Pope engaged in a private litigation practice in Spokane, Washington for three years. In 2001, Mr. Pope joined Quane Smith LLP where he continues his litigation practice. His experience includes personal injury, motor vehicle and trucking claims, ERISA litigation, subrogation and insurance matters as well as health care, professional liability, construction and fire disputes. Mr. Pope is a member of the Idaho and Washington bars, where he is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts.
In 2001, Mr. Pope joined Quane Smith LLP, where he continues his litigation practice. His experience includes automobile, vehicular, subrogation and insurance matters as well as health care, construction and real estate disputes. He is an associate with the firm and practices in the Boise office.
