Ms. Gaffaney received her undergraduate degree in 1998 from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, where she graduated with a major in Political Science and minor in Philosophy. Ms. Gaffaney then attended Gonzaga University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2002. During law school, Ms. Gaffaney taught Business Math as an associate professor at Spokane Falls Community College. She also worked as a Rule 9 Legal Intern. Finally, during her time in law school, Ms. Gaffaney also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Neil Q. Rielly, Spokane County Superior Court.
Ms. Gaffaney’s litigation practice is centered in eastern Washington and northern Idaho. The focus of Ms. Gaffaney’s practice is insurance defense litigation, wills, business law, governmental tort and regulatory law, and municipal law. Ms. Gaffaney is licensed to practice in Washington and Idaho, in both state and federal courts. She is a member of the Washington Bar Association and the Idaho Bar Association. Ms. Gaffaney is also a member of the Washington Women Lawyers, as well as the American Bar Association. Ms. Gaffaney is an associate with the firm and practices in the Coeur d’Alene office.
