Profile:

Mr. Pope received his undergraduate degree in History from Brigham Young University in 1994. He earned his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1997. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Pope began private practice in Spokane, Washington, where he maintained a litigation practice for three years.

In 2001, Mr. Pope joined Quane Smith LLP, where he continues his litigation practice. His experience includes automobile, vehicular, subrogation and insurance matters as well as health care, construction and real estate disputes.

Mr. Pope is a member of the Idaho and Washington bars, where he is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts. He is an associate with the firm and practices in the Boise office.
